Jim Cricchi directed, photographed and edited the feature documentary Can You Hear Us Now? (2020) and the IDA-shortlisted short documentary Los Lecheros (2017), a co-production with the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism. In 2019, he edited the DuPont-Columbia award-winning documentary Bedlam (Sundance, Independent Lens) about the US mental health care crisis. Other editing credits include the Emmy-winning series Vice on HBO, One Big Home, Let Them Wear Towels and the Jane Lynch comedy, I Do and I Don’t.
Susan Peters co-produced Can You Hear Us Now?, currently screening across the US, with educational and public performance distribution by Bullfrog Films. She was a co-producer on Los Lecheros, which won a regional Edward R. Murrow award, aired in English and Spanish on Milwaukee Public Television, has been a centerpiece of classroom conversations and spurred community conversations about undocumented immigrants through a year-long tour with the Wisconsin Humanities Council.
